SAQIFA Subdomain Disclaimer & Provisioning Terms
This disclaimer is an integral part of every subdomain issued under saqifa.space. It must be reviewed and accepted before any subdomain is provisioned to any member.
Last updated: October 2026 · These terms apply automatically to every current and future subdomain.
1 Sole User Responsibility
The subdomain holder is solely and fully responsible for all content hosted under it — text, images, files, services, and anything else. SAQIFA does not review, control, moderate, or endorse any content hosted on member subdomains, and accepts no responsibility for it. All legal, moral, and financial liability rests exclusively with the individual member who holds the subdomain.
2 No Representation of SAQIFA or SQF
A subdomain is personal to the member. Nothing published under it — opinions, statements, projects, or actions — represents, speaks for, or binds SAQIFA or SQF in any capacity. No member is an official spokesperson, agent, or representative of either organization by virtue of holding a subdomain.
3 Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, phishing, piracy or copyright infringement, or engaging in any illegal activity through a saqifa.space subdomain is strictly prohibited. There are no exceptions and no prior warnings for violations under this section.
4 Instant Revocation
SAQIFA reserves the absolute right to instantly revoke, suspend, or wipe any subdomain — without prior notice — for abuse, breach of these terms, or conduct deemed contrary to their spirit, and to bar the holder from receiving any future subdomains.
5 As-Is Service — No Liability
The subdomain service is provided strictly "as-is" and "as-available," with no warranties whatsoever — including availability, continuity, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAQIFA and its members and officers bear no liability for any loss, damage, outage, claim, or consequence arising from the use, content, or termination of any subdomain.
✅ Acceptance Is a Prerequisite
Requesting or using a subdomain constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of everything above. No subdomain will be provisioned to anyone who does not accept these terms.
